The AHPA State Singles Tournament will be postponed due to construction delays at Moragne Park in Gadsden. The City of Gadsden has asked the AHPA to work with them. They want to host our premiere event as a part of their grand re-opening.
A date will be announced as soon as possible.

June 24, 1950 – Aug. 3, 2018

The horseshoe pitching world has lost another great friend and supporter. Mark Stevens joined the NHPA/AHPA in 1992 and was a member for 27 years. He pitched in his first world tournament in 1995 and pitched in 21 in a row from 1997 to 2017. He was a towering presence where ever he went and was a great man and a great friend.
He will be greatly missed. Mark Stevens

Ron and Gretchen Kindrick will be hosting a “Celebration of Life” in Mark’s honor on Saturday Sept. 15, 2018 at 3:00pm at their home. Just continue past the TNT Courts in Eclectic, AL to the end of the dirt road.
All of Mark’s friends are invited. Ron and Gretchen will be supplying the meats. Please bring a dish or something for the table.

The TNT tournament scheduled for Sunday Sept. 16 will be re-named the Mark Stevens Memorial Tournament in his honor.
Everyone is encouraged to attend.
